When explaining different concepts, he treated me as an equal, and never made me feel dumb, even when some of the questions I asked were probably pretty basic. I originally looked into working with a woman owned company, as it was my preference to work with a woman, but as they did not service the area I was looking in, the original realtor from that company referred me to Aaron. I have to say, it was the best thing that could have happened. As a woman, I always felt safe and respected with Aaron. I mention this because it's important for those of us who are female, as it's not always a given in this world. Lastly, I would like to say that I really *enjoyed* the entire process working with Aaron! It was fun, and I so appreciated that he stayed calm and steady even when I had a freak out moment. If you are looking for a realtor who is kind, intelligent, honest, and a good person who knows his business, Aaron is your person! I give him the highest possible recommendation. P.S. If I told myself a year ago that I would be living in my own house, I would’ve laughed hysterically. But after speaking with Aaron casually about the housing market and my possible options, it seemed almost too good to be true. We evaluated the market, figured out what was best for me, and Aaron took care of it ALL. Literally, only after a couple of weeks, we had found the perfect place for me and my dog. Aaron was extremely professional and made the entire house purchasing process as smooth as it could be (I STILL can’t believe I’m writing this from my own home). No matter the current financial situation you may be in, Aaron will not shy away and ONLY thinks about his clients first. Seriously, I don’t do reviews much, but it would be a disservice to not leave a note on how amazing, quick, smooth, and most importantly; how non-stressful the entire process was. After searching properties myself, I was hesitant I’d find the perfect place within my budget. When I was close to giving up, my mom came across Aaron Welch online, and honestly think it was meant to be. Not only did I feel comfortable with Aaron after the first chat, he stayed attentive, communicative, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. He made the search completely easy and worked around my busy schedule. Being a first-time home buyer, I was unaware of many aspects of the process. Aaron guided me every step of the way, connected me to a great lender, and even a thorough cleaning service after closing. HIGHLY recommend! I almost wish I was ready to buy more properties just to work with him and his team again.
